Giant 2 Mobile Cartridge Filter
Giant 2 is designed for the extraction and purification of air from dry dust in the processes of welding, grinding, polishing, pouring, cutting metals and plastics. This device can service two work stations or emission points using Oskar 160 extraction arms or one requiring doubled extraction efficiency using Oskar 200 arm. Giant 2 is equipped with a three-stage filtration system with a built-in main cartridge regeneration system. Contaminated air is cleaned by a metal pre-filter (spark arrestor), a main cartridge filter and an outlet cartridge made of non-woven fabric impregnated with activated carbon. The main cartridge regeneration system, which uses compressed air to clean the cartridge filter from accumulated impurities, has its own 20l compressed air tank. Giant 2 Mobile Filter is recommended for tasks requiring constant extraction and filtration of air impurities. Optional configurations include automatic operation mode (photosensor) and lighting mounted in the suction cup of the Oskar arm.
