Workstation SF-1000 – Efficient welding with local air purification
The SF-1000 welding table is a workstation designed to protect against airborne contaminants generated during workshop operations (primarily welding). The SF-1000 is an advanced welding station that combines local exhaust with integrated lower and upper suction systems and a high-efficiency filtration unit. Designed for welding shops, workshops, and production halls, it guarantees safe and clean air without the need for external filtration systems.

Built-in Crawlair filtration system with a power of 1.1 kW, with a nominal flow of 1000 m³/h. Two-stage filtration includes a pre-filter (spark arrester) and two cartridges (12 m² of filtration surface), achieving an efficiency of approximately 99% for particles ≥0.5 µm

Construction

- two-stage filtration system – spark arrester (pre-filter) + two cartridge filters with a total filter area of 12 m².
- filter regeneration system – compressed air cleaning of cartridges (manually or automatically activated – with a timer).
- control dampers – independent suction intensity adjustment for lower and upper extraction.
- welded, powder-coated steel structure (except for the work surface).
- compatible with Oskar 160 and Econ 160 free-standing arms.
- plinth and filter recess – the lower part of the housing houses the filtration system and allows for easy service access.
