Mobile Air Wall – Precise extraction where dust is generated
The AWM-1200 extraction wall is a device designed to remove airborne contaminants such as dust and particulate matter generated during manual grinding with power tools, mechanical brushing, deburring, and other mechanical processing processes.
Integrated design for connection to the installation – requires only a connection to a ventilation or filtration system.
Application
- Hand Grinding – Manual grinding processes using power tools.
- Mechanical Brushing – Removing rust, paint coatings, or scale from surfaces.
- Deburring and Blunting – Removing sharp edges (burrs) after cutting or casting, preventing the spread of metal filings on the production floor.
- Detail Polishing – Absorbing particles of polishing pastes and fine dust generated during high-gloss surface finishing.

- Welded, powder-coated steel construction
- Vertical wall with extraction
- Dust drawer (15l) – allows for easy removal and emptying without interrupting work
- 160 mm outlet – connects to an extraction system
- Full mobility and flexibility – 4 transport wheels with brakes allow for dynamic workshop space management.
